Do you pressure wash asphalt shingles?
No. High pressure can remove protective granules and damage shingles. We use a roof-specific low- or no-pressure treatment.
Will the roof look perfect immediately?
The black staining often improves quickly, but heavier organic material or residue may continue to loosen and weather away after the treatment.
How do you protect plants?
We plan the application around gutters and runoff, pre-wet sensitive landscaping where appropriate, and rinse or flood affected areas during the work.
