Graffiti removal · Wichita, Kansas
Graffiti removed before a commercial property went on the market.
A large painted tag covered the side of this brick building. The owners wanted it cleaned so the property could make a stronger first impression on prospective buyers.
The project
Cleaning up the wall before the “for sale” sign went up.
The graffiti stretched across a large section of the exterior brick and immediately drew attention away from the building itself. With the owners preparing to put the property on the market, removing the tag became an important part of getting it ready to show.
Buffalo Pressure Washing treated the paint in controlled sections and rinsed the masonry carefully. The graffiti was removed while preserving the character of the older brick; existing weathering and color variation remain part of the wall.

A cleaner exterior for prospective buyers to see.
The full brick wall
The large white-and-black tag dominated the side of the building. After treatment, attention returns to the property instead of the vandalism.

Surface-conscious cleaning
Treated in manageable sections.
Brick and mortar can be damaged by overly aggressive pressure. The coating was softened with the appropriate remover, worked in sections, and rinsed with control.
